Brokerage customers choose from several different types of providers to provide the supports they require to maintain or increase their independence within the community. Our customers direct the services they receive and therefore employ or contract with their own providers.
Each type of provider meets a different set of criteria to become qualified through the brokerage as that type of provider. Even though the brokerage is charged with assisting customers in accessing resources, maintaining the paperwork necessary for providers and monitoring the services provided Inclusion, Inc is not the employer. Depending on the kind of provider that you are you will either be directly employed by the customer or will be self-employed.
