Provider Organizations (PO) are licensed by the State of Oregon Seniors and People with Disabilities. They are licensed, or certified, to provide specific supports to adults with developmental disabilities. Provider Organizations hire and train their own personnel and are responsible to maintain compliance with state licensing requirements.
The services and supports a PO might offer include sheltered workshop environments, facility-based alternatives to employment, group activities or one-to-one supports in the community. As long as the service provided meet the criteria outlined in the Expenditure Guidelines, a PO may offer that service. In addition to this the hourly rate the PO charges for a contracted service must fall within the state mandated Rate Range.
Customers and POs define agreed upon goals, services, scheduled attendance, hourly rate and length of service in a contract. The PO provides monthly invoices and progress notes documenting the service provided and the support necessary to achieve the goal identified in the contract.

Inclusion, Inc is not the employer of the person providing supports for our customers.
