Domestic employees are employed by the customer of Inclusion Inc. Employees are provided with a job description that defines the services to be provided, the hourly rate and the number of hours to be worked. The job description is based upon the ISP (plan) that the customer and the PA have developed and becomes the employee’s agreement to work.
Domestic employees complete a timesheet and sometimes progress notes to account for their time. The timesheets are authorized by the employer (customer) and submitted to Inclusion for processing. As part of the fiscal intermediary services that Inclusion provides,TNT- a payroll company, oversees proper tax withholding and issues paychecks on behalf of the employer.
It is important to remember that every support provided must meet the criteria outlined in the Expenditure Guidelines and that wages fall within the state-mandated Rate Ranges.
